Responsibility for the supervision and maintenance of EUUC’s physical property resides in the Board of Trustees through the work of the Facilities Committee.

Members may borrow folding chairs, folding tables and tablecloths for EUUC-related activities held in members’ homes. Such usage must be arranged in advance with the Congregational Administrator. Other tables, non-folding chairs and all other equipment and supplies are not available for loan or use offsite.

Lending or renting equipment to non-EUUC people for off-site is not permitted.

Use of office equipment and supplies by members for EUUC-related activities is allowed on-site with the permission of the Congregational Administrator.
