No event on October 15

In the CommUUnicator we mistakenly reported that there would be an event on October 15 with the Ahmadiyya Muslim Community. Unfortunately, that was an error.

Events that are on the schedule
October 4, 11, 18, and 25 from 7 - 8 p.m.

Other events, however, are planned. Ahmadiyya Muslim Community is holding weekly gatherings in Seattle.  On the four Wednesdays in October there will be a Cake, Coffee and Muslim discussion at a U-district Starbucks.  This is a great opportunity to learn more and support our friends at the Abode of Kindness Mosque. These gatherings will be at

4147 University Way NE

Love for all, hatred for none

The Ahmadiyya Muslim Mosque in Monroe was recently vandalized with offensive words. Their response is one of friendship:

We know that this is not reflective of the many good people who live in the wonderful city of Monroe, but we feel that we must come together in the spirit of understanding and to build bridges. Islam teaches us to respond with the message of "peace" when confronted with hatred and ignorance. We live by the motto of "Love for All, Hatred for None." This will be an opportunity to connect and have an open minded discussion.

Please show your support for the Ahmadiyya Muslim Community, and all of our Muslim friends, by attending one of the discussions in Seattle.
