Sermon Summary

The consistent and unexpected finding in rich countries is that health, as
measured by death rates for the whole society, improves more during economic hard times than during booms. The reasons have to do with there being more time for relationships, friends and family, and especially children, when we are not busy working at two or three jobs and putting in lots of overtime.
