Checklist of steps for becoming a member

All the materials and forms you need are on the website. Just follow the links to discover the forms and information you need. Or, if you prefer paper forms, stop by the Welcome Desk and ask for a Membership Packet.

Schedule a time to sign the Membership Book

After finishing the checklist above, you are ready to schedule a meeting with Reverend Eric Kaminetzky, our Minister, who will invite you to sign the Membership Book.

In the box below you may clarify any information, ask questions, or simply request an appointment to meet Rev. Eric Kaminetzky and sign the Membership Book.
