Providing your feedback

Once the Board has granted a preliminary approval for adding, changing, or deleting a policy, the sponsor prepares a draft for the feedback stage. The draft is posted above so members can read and comment on the document. During this phase, people send their comments to the sponsor of the policy.

Recommended policy

After the policy sponsor considers the comments made about the posted feedback draft, the sponsor revises the draft to create a recommended policy which is sent to the Board of Trustees for approval.
