Options for Discussion List Members

What options can I control?

You can choose to have your emails grouped into daily digests, change your password, and more.

Log in

Enter the following link in your browser, and then change ListName to the name of the discussion list.

http://discussion.euuc.org/options.cgi/ListName-euuc.org

Here is the top of the Member Options Login page for the Webchat discussion list.

  1. Email address - Enter your email address. If you have multiple email addresses, you need to enter the one that is subscribed.
  2. Password - Enter your password.
  3. Click Log in.

This page is long and has many options that you won't need to change. Some useful options are mentioned below. The screen shots are for a member called First Last in the Webchat discussion list.

Options

At the bottom of this long page, is a long list of options. A few are mentioned here.

  • Mail Delivery - You can stop all emails from this discussion list while you are away on vacation.
  • Digest or single emails - Many people like digest mode which puts all the messages into one email each day.

Two more options are

  • Monthly password reminders
  • Conceal yourself - Only members of the list can see who is on the list. This is a handy tool for members and the moderator, so we urge you to not conceal yourself.

Click Submit My Changes

Way down at the bottom of the gray options list is the submit button.
